WORKFORCE TRAINING EXPERIENCE
Our planned development will include partnerships with construction trade institutions focused on sustainable materials, eco-friendly building practices, and apprentice-journey man opportunities for underserved communities.
A SMART GREEN BUSINESS CAMPUS
Our planned business campus will mix R&D, clean tech, office, and retail space. 16 buildings will house 148 flex space units in using high energy efficiency standards. Single tenant building options are available.
Commercial Condominium COMMUNITY
Our 20 years of owning and managing commercial buildings using the commercial condominium contract as the basis of a business community was a great success. Equity, transparency, and collective governance are all earned with this type of ownership.
