A PLANNED WNC SMART BUSINESS CAMPUS

Western North Carolina has a long history of sustainable management, starting with the Cherokee civilization and continuing today our plans to adopt voluntary green building practices, build an on-site renewable energy facility, and provide affordable small business ownership.

Part of the financial value of sustainability and renewability, are the cost savings, mitigated risks, potential for tax incentives & grant monies, and a practical demonstration of principled and responsible business practice. We believe that our role as business persons is to act as stewards and leave our nations and planet in better shape than we found it.

Our planned smart business campus will adhere to a non-toxic, long lasting, and eco friendly materials construction standard and be financially accessible real commercial real estate to all including business that are women owned, Native American owned, veteran owned, and owned by members of underserved communities.

After many years of waiting and improving our plan, the property at 141 Reems Creek Road, Weaverville, Western North Carolina is now owned free and clear by the developer.
